Burrill Nutraceuticals Capital Fund, L.P.

Burrill & Company is the General Partner of the Burrill Nutraceuticals Capital Fund, L.P. (the "Fund"). This Fund invests in companies having bio-based technologies broadly applicable to the nutraceutical food and pharmaceutical process industries at various stages of development. In general, most of the investments are in the early stage (though generally not "seed round" investments) through mezzanine stage, with the largest number of investments in Series A/B and mid-stage rounds. The Fund closed in mid-2000 and is capitalized at $60 million.
