Veronica Descotte

Veronica was born and raised in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Trained as a scientist, she joined Burrill & Company in 2008 to focus on Latin America where she has been leading fund-raising activities as well as establishing strategic partnerships with the healthcare and pharmaceutical communities. In addition to Latin America, Veronica is also responsible for overseeing deal flow analysis as well as being involved with several of our portfolio companies in the diagnostic, therapeutics, personalized medicine and pharmacy benefit management spaces. She is an observer to several boards, including WellPartner and Proventys. Veronica splits her time between the Santiago and Minneapolis offices of Burrill & Company.
