Mr. Dvergsten is the president and sole owner of Dag Dvergsten AS. Prior to establishing the company in 1994, Mr. Dvergsten held several positions in Fred Olsen & Co, a Norwegian shipping conglomerate. Dvergsten has through Dag Dvergsten AS initiated and developed several industrial projects within the areas of energy/resources, marine sectors, life science and technology.

Dvergsten has served and is currently serving on several corporate and civic organisation boards. Mr. Dvergsten holds a Master of Science in Business degree from the Norwegian School of Economics and Business Administration (NHH).
